Returns and Refunds

I want you to be completely happy with the artwork you receive. Each print is made with care, and I hope it brings joy to your space. But if something’s not quite right, I’m here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If it’s been more than 14 days, I unfortunately can’t accept the return.

To start a return, just send a message to  [email protected]. Please include your order number and a brief note about the reason for the return.

What Can Be Returned

  • Prints must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • Custom or personalised pieces can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • If your order arrives damaged or there's been a mistake on my end, I’ll cover the return shipping and make it right.

I recommend using a tracked service when sending back your print or any artwork, as I can’t be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked to ensure that everything’s in good shape, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within working days. Once the refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will also be sent to you.
